This has always been a very sensitive topic for me to share,but i think i ought to share this to everyone of you out there,i’m sure there’s a lot of people who is going through what i have been through.

When i was younger in my teens,i’ve never had acne issues,i’ve always consider myself lucky that i’m gifted to have flawless skin.Even if i stay up till twilight hours,having sleepless nights,my skin will still always be perfect.It was never a threat to me for sleeping late.But i guess everything that you do,it as a price to pay.Its just the matter of fact that when does the consequences haunt you.

This is a picture of me in 2009,my skin was flawless.I don’t own a single foundation bottle,and facial treatments wasn’t a need for me at that time.And also i do not trust any beauty salons and i’ll never risk my face for any facial treatments because there are too many bad cases that my friends has experienced.Its either their face gets worse after the facial treatment,or they get conned by buying endless of products and it doesn’t work on them at all.

My skin condition started to deteriorate in year 2011,which was last year.It started around August,and it gotten worse after i got back from Beijing in November.Mainly cause the environment there is highly polluted,the breakouts went viral.I was so lost and i didn’t know what to do,i never had any problems like this before.

It took me a lot of courage to post this up.This was how bad my skin went.But on the bright side,they only appear on my forehead.The other part of my face isn’t affected.But it was already bad enough.I started seeking for help desperately after i returned to Malaysia.So i did some research and i tried on lots of solutions but i didn’t get the result that i wanted.

I consulted a doctor recommended by a friend(she used to have really bad breakouts) and now she’s all cured.So i thought why not give it a try,and so i went.I was told that there was a cure for Acne using Accutane pills but the side effects can be really nasty.The duration of the medication will be 5 to 6 months,and the doctor gave me a heads up and warned me that if i take this medication,my skin will start becoming really dry,they will itch and peel like crazy and it will be hell.Basically i’ll be very dehydrated inside out,and i have to suffer for at least 2 months for my body to get used to the medication.Accutane pills can increase the level of blood fats,and it may affect the liver.That’s why liver tests are necessary for people who is taking Accutane.

I was so desperate at that time i didn’t have a choice,so i tried taking a week of medication,and the doctor was right,my face started  peeling like crazy,even my hands and legs were peeling!The medication caused me even more breakouts,not only on the forehead but it started to grow on my cheeks.I didn’t have the courage to continue anymore,so i stopped.

I was really depressed for a period of time,i touch my forehead every morning when i wake up,hoping that my acne will go away.But that wasn’t the case.I stayed home most of the time,didn’t even dare to step out of my house.Even if i do,i had to slap on a thick layer of foundation to cover up all my flaws and the acne will become even worse the end of the night when i get home.Cosmetics were never a solution,it might hide your flaws temporary but the problem will still remain.

I tried everything,i exercise at least three times a week,hoping that i’ll sweat all the toxic out and my skin will eventually become better.It does become better in some ways,but after the acne subsided,new one pops out again.I even tried on Chinese medicine therapy that i came across on Michelle’s post,which it does helps to control the growth of the acne but the results were slow.Like she said,patience is very important.And she wrote about a post that she did chemical peels and extractions to fasten the process of healing her skin.You can read it here  .I have a very very sensitive skin,i don’t know if my skin condition could take the treatment.So i didn’t bother trying.And the last option that i least wanna do is Co2 lasers because the treatment can be very uncomfortable and there might be a post inflammatory hyperpigmentation risk that i’ll most likely be dealing with if my face isn’t taken good care of after the laser treatment.

Knowing that there isn’t any options left,i slowly just gave in to reality.It was the most frustrating six months in my life.

So i accepted the first trial thinking that it wouldn’t harm giving it a try.But i didn’t put on high hopes though.Before starting my treatment,i was given a short brief and Jayden helped me understand what is this FCR treatment all about.

I’m just very surprise how this powder works wonders!When my beautician started rubbing the coral calcium on my face,i felt an instant stinging sensation but it was bearable.It feels like as if there’s thousands of small little electric waves penetrating from my beautician’s fingers into my face.She told me that it is normal to feel that way because the coral calcium is doing its job,stimulating and regenerating my skin cells.The result was surprisingly good !I was shocked to see how obvious the result that FCR treatment delivers just in one treatment.My breakouts subsided so quickly,though i looked like i had a sunburn after the treatment(it takes around 3 days to recover).

I was told to keep my face hydrated the whole time during the recovery period because my skin will be extremely dry after the FCR treatment.There was silky flakes around my face during day 3 after the treatment,there’s when my dead skins started flaking off and i can see that the breakouts on forehead was so much calm,unlike before it was swollen and red.

This is a picture after my second treatment on the second week.Minimal breakouts,the rests are pigmentation of marks and scars that i’ve left behind.Thanks to my itchy fingers.

After the third treatment on the third week,my breakouts are all subsided.Now i just need to focus on treating my scars!I am never joyous like how i am right now!!!Though the price that i paid for was costly( its RM600 for one treatment,i got my first trial for RM299),but only three treatments in four weeks and i am acne free!Its better than i take up 10 sessions of other treatments in order the obtain the same result and i probably end up paying even more.

Like how i paid for the Accutane pills for RM250 a month(not including the antibiotic cream that the doctor gave me and some other products that he claim that i have to use it if i’m under medication so it can simply cost me around RM400 per month),and i have to consume those damn pills for 6 months.AND SUFFER THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE 6 MONTHS.I ain’t eating that shit.
