And i just turned twenty two days ago!Can’t believe time passes so quickly,and i’m no longer in my teens anymore!Wanna thank everyone for the wonderful celebration!It was definitely a memorable one.Bar hopping was fun!And crazy!Also,dinner was awesome!I really wanna start writing a long post about how grateful and blessed i am and etc but i think i should skipped that part cause i realized i’ve been really long winded lately.Anyway,i manage to break some plates at El Cerdo during dinner celebration!Just stay tuned for more updates alright!
Attended a christmas dinner party hosted by Guinness sometime in November,and the one reason why i went was because of ‘ADAM LIAW’ !Winner of Masterchef Australia season 2.When it comes to cooking channels,you have no idea how much time i can spend on watching them.Like the whole day.And of course,Masterchef Australia is one of my favorite shows.Getting to meet Adam Liaw was a great honor,I’m like a little girl fan of his!!So happy to meet him in person!
The dinner was held at Doubletree Hilton,Intermark.More than 150 invited guests including chefs who participated in this Merry Guinness christmas campaign.

Menu of the night.We are lucky enough to stand a chance to actually taste Adam Liaw’s specially crafted Guinness infused christmas recipes!

Farmhouse Terrine with Guinness mustard.
The sweet Guinness mustard contains aromas of malt,clove,nutmeg and pepper which adds on more interesting flavors to the egg and chicken terrine.
Oysters with Guinness cream.
I’m never an oyster fan.But i gave it a try anyhow because of Adam Liaw!But still,i wasn’t really enjoying it.

We had almost ten courses of meal including Christmas feasts prepared by Doubletree itself.So when dessert came,i couldn’t handle it anymore.
Chosen to be a volunteer to try out the cocktail made by some famous international mixologist(quite hot looking) LOL
I was so nervous when i was standing in the middle while 150 pair of eyes which means 150 x 2 = 300 of eyes staring at me!!!And i was pretty tipsy already at that time,i almost tripped when i was walking back to my seat!Plus i know Adam Liaw will be looking at me!!!!
When the MC asked ‘so what do you think of the cocktail?’ I was literally dumbfounded didn’t know what to answer cause i was like so fcking nervous.I just blurted out ‘errrr….delicious’ and look away.OMG STAB ME ALREADY!!!!
But to be honest,it was really delicious!There was this very strong aroma of pistachio nuts added in it.
Its like mint chocolate+Guinness.
Melissa came late!But it was great seeing her again!So much to catch up after so long :)

Two days counting down till christmas eve,i can’t wait anymore!This secret getaway will be so much fun!
