Heroes Vs. Villains

Finally attended the Horeca event that I was so excited to attend!!It was held in Bangsar Shopping Centre’s twenty.one tables+terrace. Had a very wicked night out! Despite almost getting wasted, everything else was awesome! The music the crowd and the cocktails they served were  the best cocktails that I’ve ever tasted.

Loving the theme for the night! Heroes VS villains! Can see a lot of smoking hot waitresses dressing up as sexy superheroes gliding their way in and out the bar to serve us cocktails and drinks.

They have four signature cocktails for us to choose from Captain Jack, Juggernaut, Lady Luck & Red Sonja. As for me,I chose Red Sonja!

It was love at first sight when i passed by Gallo for the very first time,i've never ever wanted every single collection so badly by any other brands in my life before!How i wish that i could own every single collection by Gallo,guess i've got to work extra hard to own them!Gallo has just recently launched their Spring/Summer collection 2011 collection with a theme 'Will You Merry Me'(YES!I will  merry all of your dresses for sure).This collection has the most adorable and sweet looking garments ever!It is all about expressing love and passion between intimate companions;hearts,cupids,and wings as well as doves add a welcome element of fun and surprise.

The collection offers to women a selection of mostly silk garments; party and casual dresses and tops with lace, organza, netting, and knots signifying the entwined hearts of lovers. Cute heart shaped embellishments and buttons add a twist of fun. Neutral bottoms, some with scallops, are made versatile to easily mix and match. Denims are also added in the collections to comfortably celebrate the love in casuals, alongside with heavenly and angelic prints on cotton shirts and dresses. Accessories are designed to compliment and complete the season’s look with statement jewellery. Dual-purpose accessory which can be worn as a headband or necklace is a must have this season.

Not forgetting the other half, the designer has created a comeback collection for men. The collection offers a wide range of basics with fashionable twist of fun yet distinctive, suitable for man who speaks his mind and feelings. Alluring, romantic blazers and expression tees, and shorts make for perfect, flamboyant wear for day and night. Easy rolled-up pants and long-sleeved shirts give a look of pure comfort yet fun. Pastel coloured suits are also made fashionable and smart yet elegant, suitable for business and celebration.

The colour palette this season revolves around an assortment of yummy cotton candies like lemonchiffon, light sky blue, pink and lavender floral.

“The collection portrays a story about love at first sight. I imagine the story of a girl and boy falling in love and how the boy pops the question to her,” said the designer. “I reminisce how I felt when my husband proposed to me and it was wonderful and this collection expresses the feelings of joy, happiness and delight.”

The label is available at its boutiques in The Gardens Mall, Bangsar Shopping Centre and Parkson Pavilion.



To celebrate the success of this season's Spring/Summer collection,Gallo is inviting all the ladies to their store in Gardens for tea party!Teas and scones anyone?Also,there will be a 3D nail art session brought by Blissful Nail Spa&Body Care,that everyone will get a chance to experience 3D manicure nail art for free!
